What Do We Do?
Causeway One Stop Shop is a
community based mental health resource for people living
in East Renfrewshire.
We provide a variety
of groups, individual support and counselling. Service
can be tailored to the needs of an individual and
support can be given in evenings and weekends when necesssary. |
What We've Been Up To... Recent Events...

Recent Events at Causeway have included full participation in the Scottish Mental Health Arts and Film Festival which ran during October 2009. During this, we had an exhibition of visual art, multi-media work and creative writing which was showcased at Undercover in Barrhead. Here is one of the photographs, by Matt Marshall, which was exhibited. For more of his work click here We were proud to have a trilogy of annimated films made by RAMH stakeholders on show at Eastwood theatre during the festival too.

In preparation for the festival we formed a Creative Writing group which turned out to be full of talented poets! For an example of the excellent writing produced, click on the title, to read Muriel Baker's poem 'On Recovery'. The background image to the poem was provided by photographer, Matt Marshall.
